About Liz:
Liz is a certified coach in organizational leadership, a licensed facilitator in Mental Health Awareness (Queen’s University) and a subject matter expert in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). As a senior coach and facilitator with Telus Health, Liz works with clients in healthcare, government, finance, law, retail and other sectors. She has earned her 10,000 hours working in the areas of mental health, stress reduction and building resilience.

Liz’s 20+ years of experience includes serving as senior manager for the global apparel brand lululemon in New York, opening its first 25-stores in the Northeast US. She was also CEO of an award-winning communications firm, based in New York City.

Liz returned to her hometown of Toronto and launched @jotliving to help companies develop healthy and happy leaders.
