Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply to oversized, heavy, or fragile items.

Delivery times are estimates only. The Lobby is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather-related disruptions, lost or stolen packages, or orders delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees upon delivery. These fees are not charged or collected by The Lobby.

Due to recent U.S. import rule changes, orders shipped to U.S. addresses may be subject to duties or taxes collected by U.S. Customs.

International orders may be shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Canada Post, depending on destination and availability. Delivery times are not guaranteed, and customs delays are beyond our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery. The Lobby is not responsible for international packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

If an order is refused because duties or taxes are unpaid, any return shipping and related fees may be deducted from the eligible refund or store credit.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns made within 14 days are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Returns made after 14 days and within 30 days are eligible for store credit.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale

Sale items, artwork, gift cards, custom or special-order items, perishable goods, personal-care products, earrings, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds and store credits are processed once the return has been received and inspected.
