You will also discover impeccably curated retail products, spectacular works of art by celebrated Canadian talent, and a constantly changing event calendar, packed with inspiring, educational, and entertaining offerings.
The Lobby will also serve as a second workspace for our real estate team, and, as such, you’ll always find an on-duty agent if you’re looking to discuss your home, your neighbourhood, or the market in general.

Yes, The Lobby is an extension of the Heaps Estrin Real Estate Team. Heaps Estrin is still headquartered at 1391 Bayview Avenue; but we usually have an agent on site at The Lobby to answer any questions you may have!
At this stage we are offering in-store pick-up only. We are working to ship nationally across Canada within the next few weeks but do not offer international shipping at this time.

The Lobby offers a store-credit, exchange, or full refund in the amount of your order for both online and in-store purchases within 14 days of original purchase. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact, and with an original receipt. The following items are considered Final Sale: Jewelry, Hats, and exchanged items.
We are always looking for new products to add to The Lobby and have new products in store and online regularly. We typically restock as needed; however, new collections will be available on a seasonal basis.
We look forward to working with some amazing artists from within and around our community. We will be rotating the featured artist every 6-8 weeks.
