Gemstone Candle Holder - Black Onyx

Our faceted taper candle holder pays homage to the natural rock formation of the remote Andean mountains, and mix playfully together on a whimsical table. Handcarved with stone carpentry techniques traditional to Perú and certified ethically hand-crafted by NEST. 

Dimensions are aprox 3 1/2" tall x 2 1/4" wide

About this gemstone: 

• Solid Black Onyx in a large form is considered rare, formed of fine-grained quartz with origin from the Arequipan Andes of Perú - subtle veining means that no two stones are exactly alike.
• This stone has a long history related to the root chakra, offering grounding energy, dispelling negative energy and offering a release and preserverance  stone is said to stimulate the digestive and glandular system, mitigating pain and tension. 
• On a metaphysical level, this stone is believed to aleviate ailments with bones and skin, birth and circulation.
