The two elements of this Le Thiers carving set have an olive wood handle. For even more authenticity, they are manufactured according to the particular Thiers shape which is designed only in the Thiernois basin and respects a strict specification.

The very high quality steel that makes up this carving set provides cutting edge, stainless steel and easy re-sharpening.

The playful and aesthetic table accessories are handcrafted in France, in the workshops of Master Cutlery Craftsman Claude Dozorme.

Material: high quality steel X50CV13. It is a stainless steel, associated with a methacrylate handle.

Care: Not dishwasher safe. Softly wash the blade and dry it immediately. Never leave the knife into the water.
